Memmert and John Morris Group Hit the Road for 2025 Customer Tour

The Memmert Customer Tour 2025 is in full swing as John Morris Group, together with Shilash from Memmert, visits customers and universities across Australia. From legacy lab ovens still running strong to hands-on academic workshops, this roadshow highlights the performance, durability, and versatility of Memmert’s temperature control solutions.

Stop 1: Long-Standing Reliability at Essilor

We kicked off the tour with a visit to Essilor, where we were thrilled to see a range of Memmert units still in active use, including models from as far back as 1987.

This was a powerful reminder of Memmert’s reputation for quality and longevity. Our conversations focused on servicing support, upgrade opportunities, and continuing Memmert’s role in maintaining precise laboratory conditions.

Stop 2: New Stability Testing Setups at NMI

Next, we visited NMI, where we were joined by Shilash from Memmert, Territory Manager Guy, and Product Manager Ozlem.

It was great to see their newly installed Memmert HPP110eco already being used for stability testing. The setup delivered the perfect combination of precision, efficiency, and reliability, reinforcing the value of investing in modern climate chamber solutions.

Workshop at the University of Sydney: Learning Meets Application

Alongside customer visits, we also delivered an engaging hands-on workshop at the University of Sydney, focused on temperature control systems.

Led by our Product Manager and Shilash from Memmert, the session gave students a chance to interact directly with Memmert equipment and explore the science behind temperature uniformity, precision, and application across research environments. The enthusiasm and engagement from the students made it a standout moment on the tour so far.

Looking Ahead

This is just the beginning of our 2025 customer and education outreach journey. We will be making more stops across Australia to support labs, engage researchers, and highlight how Memmert solutions continue to meet evolving scientific needs.

Stay tuned for more updates as we hit the road.
