The 2D bags are manufactured by welding two multilayer sheets together. These collapsible bags minimize the risk of cross-contamination and reduce cleaning and turnaround time. Place bags flat in rocker bioreactor systems or hang using an insert hole at the top of the bag. Each bag features three ports with 20" long clear C-Flex® 374 tubing, MPC inserts (on two ports) or female locking Luer with needle-free sampling port, and pinch clamps. Use bags in temperatures ranging from -80 to 60°C (-112 to 140°F). Bags are sterilized by gamma irradiation, ports are capped and covered, and systems are double bagged for integrity.
Includes: Ports 1 and 2: 20" long clear C-Flex® tubing (1/4"ID x 7/16"OD), MPC insert, port cover, and pinch clamp.
Port 3: 20" long clear C-Flex® tubing (1/8"ID x 1/4"OD), female locking Luer fitting with needle-free sampling port, Luer cap, and pinch clamp.
