The Optos series metering pumps deliver high precision and reliability at high pressures. Achieve flow rates from 0.003 to 40 mL/min with ±0.3% reproducibility with Model 2 meters. The reciprocating piston offers precise flow control while an advanced software algorithms control high-resolution stepper motor to maximize flow output and minimize pulsation. Easily set flow rates using the up and down buttons on the solvent-resistant keypad. Remotely control your meter via an analog signal (4 to 20 mA or 0 to 5 VDC) or RS-232. Contact closures allow remote start and stop, flow output (0 to 5 VDC), and pump error output.

Select a pump that uses the upper half of the flow range listed for each pump. Piston cylinder comes available in two materials€”316 stainless steel (SS) and PEEK. 316 SS offers excellent chemical and corrosion resistance; use PEEK for extremely corrosive fluids. A fully integrated piston wash system cleans out buffers or solutions which can crystallize and lead to abrasion of the piston seal, shortening the piston seal life.
Includes: Inlet and outlet fittings, 60 cm (23.5") L tubing, and 110/115 VAC power cord.
