Note: The vanadate-molybdate (VM) method can be influenced by humic substances. Models 14848, 00616, 00798, and 14842 require Crack Set 10 or 10-C with empty round cuvettes and heating (100 °C or 120 °C for 1 hour) for total phosphorus determination. For P6/25 use CombiCheck 10; for P7/20 use CombiCheck 20 or CombiCheck 80.
