TURBOLAB 80 Compact Turbomolecular Pump System with PTR90 Gauge

The TURBOLAB 80 turbomolecular pump systems are fully assembled and ready-to-operate oil free high vacuum systems designed as table top units.

This package consists of the following main components

  • TURBOVAC SL 80 wide range turbo-molecular pump (Either ISO63K or DN63CF Inlet Flanges)
  • PTR90 Wide Range Vacuum Gauge from ATM to 10^-9 measuring range
  • Fully Functional Integrated PLC with pump down curve logging and vacuum measurement
  • Dual-stage, absolutely oil-free DIVAC 0.8 T diaphragm vacuum pump used as the backing pump
  • All required connection and sealing components are located within the pump system assembly

The TURBOLAB 80 is prepared for installation of further components:

  • Venting Valve
