The ‘SetaTherm’ is specifically designed for high accuracy measuring applications including precise temperature verification of viscometers, other thermo controlled baths and laboratory apparatus. The instrument is also ideal for use as a portable temperature calibration tool to verify liquid in glass, electronic or other types of temperature display.
The NEW ‘SetaTherm’ reference thermometer provides remarkable temperature precision over a very wide range of -20 to +150°C. In fact between 0 and 100°C temperature can be measured to within +/- 0.01c and with a typical response time of less than 20 seconds. Such wide range precision traditionally requires the need for different thermometers or interchangeable sensors, but ‘SetaTherm’ offers this measuring capability in one instrument.
The hand-held thermometer has an easy-to-read large LCD display which shows temperature resolution to 3 decimal places (0.001°C), switchable to 0.01°C. Sensing is via a sturdy 150mm stainless-steel probe. The instrument has a maximum-minimum memory function and serial interface which allows recorded measurements to be transferred to pc. Battery and carry case are supplied.
