The Seta Asphalt Distillation Apparatus is used for measuring the volume of volatile constituents in cutback asphaltic products.

Comprises a heat insulated shield, two-part insulated cover, and two sheets of 16 mesh gauze, supported on a height adjustable platform. A steel chimney below the shield reduces heat loss from the gas burner (not supplied). Stand mounting.
