- Measure headspace oxygen in vials in less than 30 seconds
- Low-volume internal sensor for 1 to 250mL vials
- Ideal for quality monitoring of fill line accuracy
To sample vials, use sampling probe to puncture headspace of vial septum. Inject small volume of water using syringe and straight bore needle (included) to force the headspace gas into the sensor for measurement. Easy-to-read display provides stable readings within 30 seconds.
Use this benchtop oxygen analyzer to check defined oxygen level in gas-flushed vials. Maintenance-free, electrochemical sensor is temperature compensated for ambient variations. Easy calibration and adjustment at 20.9% by sampling ambient air conditions and adjusting “span” potentiometer on the side of the display panel.
What’s included: Benchtop analyzer includes internal oxygen sensor, sampling probe, two PTFE-hubbed septum piercing needles, three 1 cc water injection syringes, one 5 cc gas-tight syringe, three 21 gauge syringe needles, and 100-240 VAC adapter. Model 10361-61 also includes internal rechargeable gel battery with adapter/charger.
