The MKS 141AA Baratron Absolute Ambient Pressure/Vacuum Switch offers reliable and fast protection for vacuum equipment and processes over a range of 0.1–1000 Torr. Designed for applications where a DC signal output is not required, it provides relay outputs that can be easily connected to alarms, valve actuators, process controllers, computers, load locks, and other protective devices. Operating at ambient temperature, this vacuum switch features absolute calibration from 1 to 1000 Torr, with customer-adjustable trip points from 0.2 to 100% of full-scale range. Built with durable, all-metal, all-welded construction, only Inconel and stainless steel are exposed to process gases for superior corrosion resistance.
