MATEST Internal Flooding System for Temperature and Humidity Controlled Cabinets

The MATEST Internal Flooding System is designed exclusively for use with temperature and humidity controlled cabinets C313N and C313-01N. It enables the determination of tensile adhesion strength for cementitious adhesives by allowing precise water filling and drainage inside the climatic cabinet without opening the chamber.

  • Compatible with MATEST C313N and C313-01N controlled cabinets only
  • Composed of two stainless steel vessels and a water discharging system
  • Allows emptying and filling of the inner vessel without opening the climatic cabinet
  • Inner vessel water level controlled by a sensor for accurate regulation
  • Filling and drainage regulated by valves at the bottom of both vessels
  • Inner vessel volume: 150 litres; Outer vessel volume: 170 litres
  • Water temperature range: 10 °C to 40 °C (demineralized water required)
  • Temperature stability: ± 2 °C for consistent test conditions
  • Water pressure range: 0.2 to 5 bar
  • Flooding system can be retrofitted to existing C313 cabinets returned to Matest factory
  • System designed to operate without organic compounds
