The Labconco FreeZone Bulk Tray Dryer with 6-Port Manifold 230V, 50/60Hz is designed to lyophilize moderate to large bulk sample loads or multiple small batches of vials or serum bottles. Featuring three large heated shelves that reach up to +60° C and advanced Lyo-Works™ OS for programming, data logging, and email alerts, this tray dryer integrates seamlessly with FreeZone Console Freeze Dryers to provide real-time parameter monitoring on a large capacitive touch screen.

- Brushed stainless steel and glacier white, powder-coated steel exterior with blue accents
- Acrylic door, 1" thick, with silicone gasket and latch
- Three shelves, each 12.7" w x 16.6" d (32.2 cm x 42.2 cm) providing 210 square inches of area; chamber can hold two additional shelves (sold separately)
- 200-watt heater on each shelf heats up to +60° C, maintained within ±3° C by microprocessor (shelves are not cooled; samples must be pre-frozen)
- Three sensor probes for sample temperature monitoring; connections available for two additional sensors (sold separately)
- System programming displayed on FreeZone 6, 12 or 18 Liter Freeze Dryer (sold separately): manual or program mode; probe temps in °C or °F; vacuum in mBar, Pa or Torr; active program segment and time remaining; alarms for power failure, shelf temp deviation, and program completion
- Data logging and storage on connected freeze dryer, exportable via USB or Ethernet
- Vacuum release valve with knob to vent chamber for safe door opening
- Side-mounted power switch
