Note: The temperature range applies to the probe tip only. Handle materials may be affected if exposed beyond their rated temperature depending on application, exposure time, and material type. ABS handles are rated to 220°F (104°C); PVC handles to 200°F (93°C); Stainless Steel handles to 450°F (232°C); Mini Connectors to 392°F (200°C).
