Note: The temperature range applies to the probe tip only. Handle performance may vary depending on exposure time, material, and application. ABS handles are rated to 220°F (104°C); PVC to 200°F (93°C); stainless steel to 450°F (232°C); and mini connectors to 392°F (200°C).
