Note: The temperature range applies to the probe tip only. Handle materials may degrade if exposed to temperatures beyond their rating, depending on application and duration. ABS handles rated to 220°F (104°C); PVC handles to 200°F (93°C); Stainless Steel handles to 450°F (232°C); Mini Connectors to 392°F (200°C).
