DigestPro™ - 240V
The DigestPro™ (formerly DigestPro MSi) is a dedicated protein digestion and sample preparation system for MS based proteomics. It completely automates all essential steps of protein digestion protocols and easily works with both in-solution and in-gel based methods. In addition, sample clean-up and MALDI spotting can be automated. It achieves high throughput with up to 96 samples at a time. The whole procedure is performed under controlled and reproducible conditions that is essential for protein analysis by mass spectrometry. The DigestPro™ is delivered with a Windows based software and PC. NOTE: THIS SYSTEM REQUIRES AT LEAST ONE UPGRADE KIT FOR ENZYMATIC DIGESTION OR SAMPLE PREPARATION.
Includes:
- Upgrade Kit: In-Solution Digestion (Screw Cap Vials) - Can be cooled and heated, temperature range (8°C-70°C). Equipped with one customer specific rack, size of microtiter plate. Number of samples depends on vial format.
- Upgrade Kit: Tip-Handling Module - Allows for sample desalting and concentration/purification using ZipTips (® by Millipore) or compatible 10µL tips.
