The next generation of drum dispensing systems, the DrumQuik PUR is designed to interface with standard rigid containers full of high-purity chemicals. Usable with common pumps, its closed-system design protects your workplace, your employees, and the environment. The outlet coupler integrates easily with rigid, chemically resistant tubing such as PFA or FEP. The system is maintainable at low cost and is suited for single-use applications - it can be disposed of, recycled with the shipping container, or reused with a new container.
Like other DrumQuik systems, the DrumQuik PUR features rugged construction; unlike other systems, the DrumQuik PUR includes a durable coupler body made from PVDF and two different options for spring and seal. Choose the kit including the PEEK spring and FKM seal for acid service, or select the kit including a PPS spring and FFKM seal for caustic and solvents. With all-plastic construction, there are no worries about metallic chemical contaminations. The DrumQuik PUR system can handle chemicals for pharmaceutical cleaning and sterilization; semiconductor and electronics wet process and production; manufacture of photovoltaic cells; and general laboratory chemical handling.
The dispensing system is mostly comprised of a reusable quick-disconnect coupler made of virgin PVDF and a single-use drum insert assembly made from virgin high-density polyethylene (PE).
