CEM Prodigy HPLC System

The CEM Prodigy™ is a robust, easy-to-use HPLC system designed to handle any separation need. It offers flow rates ranging from 0.1 to 50 mL/min and can operate at pressures up to 300 bar (4351 psi) using a programmable binary solvent pump that supports gradient, linear, step, and isocratic modes. The system features a high-precision variable loop injector for accurate sample delivery to the column and supports up to five columns. Detection is performed via a variable wavelength UV detector (190 - 500 nm) with a stainless-steel flow cell for reliable performance. A fully enclosed fraction collection module provides 15 positions with rack options of 16, 25, 30, and 37 mm, allowing collection volumes up to approximately 140 mL per position. The system’s intuitive software runs on an all-in-one 21.5" touchscreen computer, including CEM’s proprietary focused gradient calculator for seamless conversion between analytical and preparative modes. Automation includes one-touch startup, cleaning, and maintenance routines for ease of use.
