The CEM DigestPro™ is a dedicated protein digestion and sample preparation system designed specifically for MS-based proteomics. It fully automates all essential protein digestion protocol steps, supporting both in-solution and in-gel based methods. The system also automates sample clean-up and MALDI spotting, enabling high throughput processing of up to 96 samples simultaneously. This controlled and reproducible environment ensures consistent, reliable protein analysis by mass spectrometry. The DigestPro™ comes complete with Windows-based software and PC for seamless operation.
