This measuring magnifier is available as an accessory for the WP 300 and WP 310 experimental units. The measuring magnifier allows an analysis of hardness tests. When used with WP 310, the WP 310.01 experiment setup is also required.
The diameter of the spherical indentation on the specimen is measured using the measuring magnifier. The Brinell hardness is calculated from the test force of the imprint surface of the spherical segment.
The measuring magnifier and a scale are delivered in an aluminium storage box.
