These filters are ideal for applications with high-purity gases such as argon, helium, or nitrogen. With an RA.8 ultra-polished surface finish, filter housing is ideal for use in pharmaceutical, aerospace, and semiconductor gas applications. The filter element is a pleated, four-layer borosilicate microfiber; the housing, guards, and endcaps are 316 stainless steel. Element features EPDM seals with a double o-ring click-lock design to ensure filter integrity.
