The Via1-Cassette™ used for automated staining and sample handling is volume calibrated to ensure high precision and reproducibility. With user adaptable protocols and specialized assays for aggregated cells and cells on microcarriers, the Automated Cell Counter NucleoCounter® NC-200™ provides an all-in-one solution for cell counting and cell viability determinations. Cell count presentation and data management The NucleoView™ software allows visual inspection of the fluorescence image and the opportunity to verify the cell count. Specific event populations can be selected in the scatter plots and examined visually to determine the validity of their inclusion or exclusion from the final cell counting results. The adapted protocol can be then saved for future measurements, increasing reproducibility. GMP Ready Automated Cell Counter The data produced with the NucleoCounter® NC-200™ are traceable and saved within our intuitive NucleoView software™. The optional 21 CFR part 11 license includes GMP ready features such as logging in with user-group credentials which documents actions in a secured audit trail format.
