- Modular interchangeable flow sensor systems with single-use design
- Accurate 1% of reading measurement at low flow
- Low operating cost disposable flow tubes for optimal contamination-free production
- Ideal for single-use applications while also suitable for long-term measurement
- Flow tubes and turbine sensors are produced and tested under cleanroom conditions
- Click mount sensors are small and compact with the same great accuracy of 1% of reading
- Constructed with a PFA and ruby bearing for high chemical and corrosion resistance
- Sterilize via autoclave up to 180°C
These liquid turbine flow sensors are corrosion resistant for long-term, trouble-free performance in demanding situations. Sensor is positioned near the edges of the rotor blades to provide accurate flow measurements for liquids. Flow in your tubing is picked up via the IR beam in the sensor connection and converted into a 5 to 24 V square wave pulse output.
Choose from four sensor housing options; all allow for quick and easy flow tube replacement:
Clip mount sensor is lightweight and has a flexible connection for use in a wide range of systems. Available in both PVDF and PFA for highly corrosive applications.
Tubeholder sensor secures the flow tube with a screw-down closure and has a flat base, ideal for surface or bench work. Available in both PVDF and PFA for highly corrosive applications.
Click mount sensor has a small footprint and secures the flow tube in the housing making it ideal for tight hard-to-reach locations. Available in PFA only.
Clamp mount sensor has a small footprint and secures the flow tube in the housing with provided screw cap, while also having a flat base. Available in both PVDF and PFA for highly corrosive applications.
Flow tubes, barcode scanner, output options, and calibration certificates sold separately.
