Overview
  • Build a system to measure one or two inputs of pH/ORP, conductivity, or dissolved oxygen
  • Mix and match input cards and probes for a customized controller.
  • Global installation with universal power and multiple languages
  • Nonglass Durafet® probes available for sanitary applications

Create the control system that fits you application—simply purchase the base controller and the number and types of input cards, probes, and other options that you need. The controller can be set up as a single- or dual-input analyzer that measures any combination of pH/ORP, contacting conductivity, and dissolved oxygen. The base controller has a large backlit LCD, two 4 to 20 mA outputs, and two programmable relays. The full DIN enclosure is NEMA 4X/IP66 rated for installation in moist, dusty, or hose-down applications.

Options like additional outputs and relays, pipe- and wall-mounting hardware, and Process Instrument Explorer (PIE) software allow multiple instrument configurations to be stored, modified, and retrieved via wireless infrared communications port. Programming is simple with the menu-driven software in English, Spanish, German, French, or Italian languages.

pH measurement can be programmed for either traditional glass electrodes or nonglass ISFET pH probes. Sanitary Tri-Clamp® nonglass pH electrodes are virtually unbreakable making them suitable for food and dairy applications. Auto-buffer recognition of NIST, US, and European buffers is also available. Order 1000 Ω RTD standard glass pH electrodes from our industrial pH electrode offering.

High-purity contacting conductivity measurements can be programmed for preset temperature compensation or customconfigured values. Computed values of percent rejection/passage, difference, or ratio can be displayed and assigned to outputs or alarms. Relays can also be configured to alarm on conductivity values as determined by USP26 Standards. Dissolved oxygen can be measured in ppb or ppm, depending upon the input card. The unique equilibrium probe technology is unaffected by fouling, is not flow sensitive, and does not require replacement membranes or electrolyte.
