CEM Fmoc-Gly-OH amino acid is supplied on ProTide™ resins with an optimized PEG and polystyrene core, providing an ideal environment for synthesizing difficult peptides with excellent swelling properties. New Cl-TCP(Cl) and Cl-MPA linkers incorporated onto ProTide eliminate the need to purchase resins pre-loaded with C-terminal amino acids. Any amino acid can be loaded on the resins in 10 minutes using microwave-assisted methods on the Liberty Blue synthesizer.
