  • Permits safe and easy filling, venting, and transferring of liquid nitrogen

Dispenses liquid nitrogen at the rate of 8 L/min at 10 psi. Unique design lets you fill the storage dewar without removing the withdrawal system or venting system pressure. For storage dewars 03773-57, -59, and -61. The liquid withdrawal device enables the LD25, LD35, or LD50 Dewars to conveniently pressure transfer liquid nitrogen at rates up to 8 liters per minute. The low pressure assures safe dispensing through a phase separator or an accessory transfer hose.

Description Liquid Nitrogen Withdrawal System for Dewars 25 L and Larger
Can I control the liquid nitrogen dispense rate? 8 liter/min is too fast for my application.
Answer
Flow rates up to 8 liters per minutes are possible at operating pressures up to 10 psig. The user may regulate the pressure via the pressure relief valve. We offer the relief valve option as a special order item as catalog number NCI 00137JUAnswered on 12/26/2013 by Polo from Technical Support

Do you carry the 22 psig relief valve, Taylor-Wharton part number 6913-9069?
Answer
We offer the relief valve option of part number 6913-9069 as a special order item as catalog number NCI 00137JU.Answered on 9/16/2013 by Jose from Technical Support
does the dewar come on wheels for easy moving around
Answer
There is no dewar that comes with the withdrawal system. This system can be used with 25, 35 and 50 L dewars (cat#s 03773-57, 03773-59, 03773-61). A roller base is available for the three sizes of dewar. The 25 L (03773-57) uses roller base 03773-65, and the other two dewars use roller base 03773-71.Answered on 9/21/2012 by Christina from Technical Support
I have a Union Carbide LD50 tank (Serial #150-022-T5) and I need to replace the withdrawal device, would this be a suitable replacement? Also can a transfer hose be fitted to the dispenser arm in place of the phase separator so that I can transfer the LN2 into our other tank? Thanks
Answer
The 03773-67 cannot be used with the tank you have. The 03773-61 is one that can, and the 03773-40 or 03773-42 hose can also be used to transfer LN2.Answered on 5/15/2013 by Dan from Technical Support
is there a liquid nitrogen withdrawal system compatible for 03773 51, similar to 0773 67?
Answer
The smaller dewars, like the 4 liter capacity 03773-51 is intended to be poured, as it is not a large volume. This withdrawal system would empty such a small container in about 30 seconds. The smallest dewar compatible with the withdrawal system is a 25 L unit, part number 03773-57.Answered on 12/19/2012 by Jen from Technical Support
IS this a 20L tank?
Answer
This is a withdrawl system, there is no tank included. 03773-57 (25L), 03773-59 (35L), and 03773-59 (50L) may be used in conjunction with this system.Answered on 10/13/2010 by Jen from Technical Support
What accessories will I need to get the nitrogen from this tank to our hand held sprayer system?
Answer
Without knowing what kind of hand sprayer system and connections are involved, we cannot answer this question. Please call or email us with more information.Answered on 5/23/2011 by Jen from Technical Support
